We will be glad to explain our services, help you fill out an application, and review any options. We require a security deposit, but this will be returned to you if service is discontinued, less any unpaid balance. 

To transfer your service account number to a new address, call Customer Service in Jackson at 251-246-2428 or toll-free at 1-800-449-3338. We can continue service at your old account for up to 30 days then transfer service into your name at your new residence on the date you specify. However, someone must be at home at the new address when service is initiated. No additional service deposit is required.
